Mid-Day Meditation

Feel relaxed and invigorated on your lunch break with Clearly Connected’s MID-DAY MEDITATION!

Release the stress and tension from your mind and body with light stretching, breath work and Reiki infused into the guided meditation practice.

Due to the individual attention of Reiki, space is limited to 6 individuals per class.

The cost is $10 and includes bottled water and a healthy snack!

Please bring a yoga mat and pillow and plan to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance so class stays on schedule.
