What to Expect:
Warm-Up (12 min): Get your body moving with special guest Caitlyn Green of The Elara Studio.
Class Sampler: Clearly Connected Studio instructors will guide you through 12-minute increments of three dynamic styles: Heels, Dance, and Yoga, giving you a taste of what our classes offer!
