Mindful Monday: Reiki Infused Meditation

Learn to channel healing energy with this Reiki Infused Meditation class you won't want to miss!

Relax your mind and get Connected to your body with a guided imagery meditation. Enjoy the sounds of tranquil music as you fall into a deeper state of relaxation during breath work. At this point in the class, each student will receive a Reiki body assessment and healing, followed by another guided meditation to channel the healing energy. A final assessment of the body will be made at the end of the class.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket (if desired). Bottled water will be provided.
