Mindful Monday: Reiki Infused Meditation

Learn to channel healing energy with this Reiki Infused Meditation class you won't want to miss!

Relax your mind and get Connected to your body with a guided meditation. Enjoy the sounds of tranquil music as you fall into a deeper state of relaxation and receive a Reiki body assessment and healing. Another guided meditation will follow, allowing you to channel the healing energy. A final assessment of the body will be made at the end of the class.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket (if desired). Bottled water will be provided.
