Are you ready to have some fun while improving your wellness and mind, body, spirit connection? Join me for VXN Mix Tape Monday!
Feel like a performer with the trending choreography, atmosphere lighting and musical remixes. Prior experience in dance is not required and the class will be suitable for various degrees of fitness. Come enjoy the whole experience that this class will offer!
Space is currently limited to 4 individuals.
Masks are required for entry and will be provided.
Wear your workout gear-or dress up like a performer! But proper footwear (sneakers) is required.
Bottled water will be provided.
